[Official] Login Problems

Hello Everyone,

We've received reports from some people that they have had trouble logging in, and that they have not yet received helpful support from the customer service team.

We would likely to sincerely apologize, and let everyone know that we are doing our best to fix these problems. These problems stand in the way of the main goal of the test, which is for players to try out the game and give their comments.

In the meantime, please post on this thread with your email, account name, and a brief description of your problem and we will contact you with advice and assistance to fix said problems.

I was provided an Alpha key by Snailgames but cannot play.

already received and activated my account with Alpha test key, but when I try to log, the server send a message error saying "error to connect"

I'ts my account a "Third Party Account?

Description: (Not sure if this is only for Login Problems but oh well, I didn't get a email reply) http://bg.snailgame.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=429 explains the problem and shows that other people are having the same issue. Now I'm getting Configuration files are invalid upon launching the application. However my internet wasn't working at that time so I'm not sure if that affected that.

Error Account does not exist. i registered it and everything says its ok but at the login sreen it tells me it does not exist.

iv tryed to loggin but my email haves more letters than field are able to type.
Then iv changed my acc name creating a SnailPassport, now my acc name is MIKESBR, and still appears this error message.
